📘 Shared CRM — How to Use It
A simple guide to finding and reaching clients (real estate or med spa — pick the market up top). Everything you do is saved in the cloud, so we both see the same list, live.
1. Logging in
- Open compa-crm.pages.dev (bookmark it).
- Enter your email and password → Log in.
🔒 Only the two of us can log in. Everything is private and secure.
2. First thing each session — pick the market
Top-left, set the 🎯 dropdown to the market you’re working today:
- Real estate (agents / brokers / agencies) — wording about listings, Zillow, “homes for sale.”
- Med spa / aesthetic clinic — wording about bookings, AI/Google visibility, privacy/tracking (the med-spa lawsuit angle), and ADA. The PDF becomes a “Performance & Compliance Report.”
The dropdown changes every message and report to match — so set it before you start reaching out. It’s remembered between sessions, so you only change it when you switch markets.
3. Finding new clients (the main job)
- Click the purple 🔍 Find clients button.
- Fill in: Category (e.g.
Real estate agent), City (e.g. Austin), State (e.g. TX), Count (start with 5).
- Leave “Auto-enrich + speed-check new leads” ✅ checked.
- Click Search.
Then just wait — new businesses appear within a minute, and a blue bar at the top shows “Preparing new leads — 2/5…” while the system automatically checks each site’s speed, accessibility, hosting, and platform. When the bar finishes, every lead is ready to contact. You don’t click anything per lead.
⏳ Preparing 5 leads takes a few minutes in the background. Keep working while it runs.
4. Reading a lead

5. Prioritizing — the filter buttons
- ♿ ADA risk → only leads with poor accessibility (best targets for the compliance service).
- 🔥 Hot → the highest-priority leads.
- Not sent / Sent / Replied / Client / Not interested → by stage.
- The search box filters by name, city, etc. (combine it with a filter).
6. Reaching out
On any lead, click Message → you get two ready drafts:
- ✉️ Email — subject + body, already personalized → “Open email draft” opens your email app → review → Send.
- 💬 SMS — a short text → “Open SMS.”
You can edit the text first; edits save automatically.
📄 Click 📄 PDF on a lead to build a clean website report (speed, accessibility, SEO, findings, recommendations). Tip: offer to send it in your first email rather than attaching it — that helps the email reach the inbox.
7. Tracking progress
- Use each lead’s status dropdown: Not sent → Sent → Replied → Client (or Not interested).
- “Not interested” also removes them from future searches.
- Everything saves instantly and is visible to both of us.
8. A few important habits
- 📧 “Sent today” counter (top): keep cold emails under ~40/day. Too many at once can get flagged as spam — the system warns you if you go over.
- Don’t worry about duplicates — it warns before emailing the same lead twice, and never re-adds a rejected lead.
- Nothing technical to run — search, enrich, speed, and reports all happen with a click.
9. A typical day
- Open compa-crm.pages.dev, log in.
- Confirm the 🎯 niche matches today’s market (Real estate or Med spa).
- 🔍 Find clients → category + city + state → Search → wait for the blue bar.
- Click ♿ ADA risk or 🔥 Hot to find the best ones.
- For each: Message → open email → personalize a touch → Send.
- Set status to Sent; later Replied, then Client.
10. If something doesn’t work
- Can’t log in? Re-check email/password (caps matter). Tell Gal if it still fails.
- Search error / “rate limit”? Wait a minute, or search fewer at a time.
- A lead shows little data? Some sites block scans or aren’t WordPress — normal. Speed + accessibility still work.
- Anything weird? Message Gal with what you clicked and what it said.
The short version: Find clients → wait for the bar → filter → Message → set status. 🎯
